On Saturday, 4 May 2013, in the evening at 22:37, in Kaunas, on Savanorių pr. near No. 60, a collision with a motorcycle occurred. The collision involved an Opel Astra and a BMW K 1200 R. Two people were injured — a 25-year-old passenger of the BMW (treated as an outpatient) and the 33-year-old driver of the BMW (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Opel (1 year of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober.
