On Thursday, 9 May 2013, in the evening at 18:03, in Širvintų district municipality, on the Jauniūnai–Alionys–Pajuodžiai regional road (kilometre 13.74), a T-40 Nenurodoma rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the T-40 (5 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (3.35‰ blood alcohol).
