On Tuesday, 14 May 2013, in the evening at around 21:00, in Kauno district municipality, Vandžiogalos town, on the Kaunas–Vandžiogala national road (kilometre 29.80), a Harley Davidson XL/2 (XLH SPORTSTER,XLS registered in Finland rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 49-year-old driver of the Harley Davidson (a citizen of Finland) (17 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
