On Wednesday, 15 May 2013, in the evening at 18:10, in Jonavos district municipality, Ragožių village, on the Jonava–Kėdainiai–Šeduva national road (kilometre 3.84), a collision with a moped occurred. The collision involved a moped and an Audi 80. Two people were injured — the 18-year-old driver of a moped (hospitalized) and a 16-year-old passenger of a moped (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of a moped, who failed to give way when changing direction. He had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
