On Saturday, 18 May 2013, in the evening at 18:40, in Trakų district municipality, on the Trakai–Rūdiškės–Pivašiūnai–Alytus national road (kilometre 23), a Yamaha Grizzly YFM 700 rolled over. One person was injured — a 23-year-old passenger of the Yamaha (hospitalized, was not wearing a helmet). The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of the Yamaha (3 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.12‰ blood alcohol). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
