On Sunday, 26 May 2013, in the evening at around 17:00, in Radviliškio district municipality, Prastavonių village, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a BMW 318 and an Opel Insignia. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the BMW, who committed other traffic rule violations. He was drunk (1.14‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
