On Friday, 24 May 2013, in the afternoon at 13:48, in Šakių district municipality, Mozūriškių village, on the Pilviškiai–Šakiai–Jurbarkas national road (kilometre 43), a Volkswagen Passat hit a pedestrian away from any crossing.
