On Thursday, 30 May 2013, at night at 3:41, in Vilnius, on Taikos street near No. 175, an Opel Tigra hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Opel (less than a year of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He was drunk (2.08‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
