On Saturday, 1 June 2013, in the evening at around 17:00, in Radviliškio district municipality, Vadaktų town, on the Šeduvos g st–Vadaktai–Krekenava regional road (kilometre 17.70), a Volkswagen Golf ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 14-year-old driver of the Volkswagen, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene.
