On Monday, 24 June 2013, in the afternoon at 12:05, in Rokiškio district municipality, on Vytauto street near No. 7, a Manitou MLT 735T LSU hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 53-year-old driver of the Manitou (15 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (3.51‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
