On Monday, 24 June 2013, in the evening at 22:20, in Raseinių district municipality, on the Raseiniai–Šilinė national road (kilometre 2.55), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Golf and an Audi 100 Avant. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 21-year-old driver of the Volkswagen, who was driving a vehicle with faults the traffic rules prohibit driving with.
