Drunk, unlicensed driver flees after hitting a pedestrian in Traksėdžių village
On Saturday, 22 June 2013, in the afternoon at 15:17, in Šilutės district municipality, Traksėdžių village, on Šilojų street near No. 46, a Volvo S80 hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 35-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Volvo, who failed to choose a safe speed.
