Drunk, unlicensed Volvo V40 driver hits a parked Volkswagen in Pažagienių village
On Monday, 8 July 2013, at night at 1:04, in Panevėžio district municipality, Pažagienių village, on Švyturio street near No. 13, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred.
