On Wednesday, 17 July 2013, in the morning at around 5:00, in Šiaulių district municipality, Ringuvėnų village, on Ramunių street near No. 3, an Audi 80 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 20-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.66‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
