On Friday, 6 September 2013, in the morning at 7:30, in Vilnius, on Upės street, a Honda Civic ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Honda, who committed other traffic rule violations. He was drunk (1.63‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry.
