On Monday, 9 September 2013, in the evening at around 18:00, in Vilkaviškio district municipality, on V. Kudirkos skg. street near No. 8, a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved a Peugeot 406 and an Audi 80. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 17-year-old driver of the Peugeot, who entered the oncoming traffic lane.
