On Sunday, 15 September 2013, in the evening at 18:48, in Tauragės district municipality, on Gedimino street near No. 21A, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Opel Astra and a Renault Megane. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 31-year-old driver of the Opel (10 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance and failed to choose a safe speed.
