On Friday, 13 September 2013, in the afternoon at 11:30, in Jurbarko district municipality, on the Kaunas–Jurbarkas–Šilutė–Klaipėda national road (kilometre 99.10), a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved an Audi 80 Avant and a Scania R 124L. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 38-year-old driver of the Audi, who committed other traffic rule violations. He had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober.
