On Saturday, 7 September 2013, in the afternoon at 11:39, in Vilniaus district municipality, on the Raudondvaris–Giedraičiai–Molėtai national road (kilometre 7.30), an Opel Tigra ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the Opel, who failed to choose a safe speed. She was drunk (0.90‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
