On Saturday, 5 October 2013, in the morning at 10:10, in Pakruojo district municipality, Plaučiškių village, on the Rozalimas–Plaučiškiai–Pakalniškiai regional road (kilometre 6.28), a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred.
