On Wednesday, 16 October 2013, in the morning at 8:15, in Prienų district municipality, Vartų village, on the Vilnius–Prienai–Marijampolė main road (kilometre 105.25), a collision with a bicycle occurred. The collision involved a Minsk and a Subaru Forester. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by a 80-year-old cyclist, who failed to give way when crossing an intersection.
