On Thursday, 31 October 2013, in the afternoon at around 14:00, in Vilnius, on Žirmūnų street, at the junction with P. Lukšio street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a BMW 530 D, a Mazda MX-3 and an Audi A6 Avant. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 57-year-old driver of the BMW (a citizen of Finland) (20 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. All drivers were sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
