On Tuesday, 5 November 2013, in the morning at 7:50, in Kauno district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 115.25), a Scania R 124 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of the Scania (5 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
