On Thursday, 7 November 2013, in the evening at 18:25, in Kaunas, on P. Lukšio street, at the junction with Pakraščio street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a BMW 320 and an Audi 100 Avant. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 16-year-old driver of the BMW (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. He had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
