On Saturday, 16 November 2013, in the morning at 6:25, in Radviliškio district municipality, on the Panevėžys–Šiauliai main road (kilometre 38.80), a MAN 18.430 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 51-year-old driver of the MAN (a citizen of Ukraine) (28 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
