Drunk, unlicensed moped driver hits an obstacle in Gilaičių village
On Saturday, 16 November 2013, at night at 23:54, in Šiaulių district municipality, Gilaičių village, on Gilaičių street, at the junction with Artojų street, a moped hit an obstacle.
