On Saturday, 23 November 2013, at night at 3:40, in Kauno district municipality, Miškinių village, on the Kaunas–Jurbarkas–Šilutė–Klaipėda national road (kilometre 14.40), an Opel Vectra rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 47-year-old driver of the Opel (17 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. She fled the scene. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
