On Monday, 25 November 2013, in the morning at 7:40, in Radviliškio district municipality, on A. Povyliaus street, at the junction with Šiaulių street, a BMW 320D hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. One person was injured — a 52-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the BMW (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties and failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
