On Wednesday, 27 November 2013, in the afternoon at around 12:00, in Kaunas, on P. Lukšio street near No. 24, a Volkswagen Jetta hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by a 21-year-old pedestrian, who was crossing the carriageway where prohibited. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was snowing, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
