On Friday, 6 December 2013, in the afternoon at 14:42, in Raseinių district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 197.01), a Skoda Octavia ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 53-year-old driver of the Skoda (30 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
