On Saturday, 7 December 2013, in the morning at 8:10, in Panevėžio district municipality, Upytės village, on the Kėdainiai–Krekenava–Panevėžys national road (kilometre 45.58), a Volkswagen Passat rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 31-year-old driver of the Volkswagen, who failed to choose a safe speed.
