On Monday, 16 September 2013, in the morning at around 9:00, in Ukmergės district municipality, Kiaukliškio I village, a tractor ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 34-year-old driver of a tractor, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry.
