On Tuesday, 10 December 2013, in the evening at around 20:00, in Vilnius, on Rinktinės street near No. 33, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The accident was caused by the 52-year-old driver of the Citroen (31 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance and failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.62‰ blood alcohol). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, the weather was clear, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
