Drunk, unlicensed driver and Citroen crash on the Jonava–Kėdainiai–Šeduva road
On Tuesday, 10 December 2013, in the afternoon at 16:53, in Kėdainių district municipality, on Gedimino street, a head-on collision while overtaking occurred. The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the Volkswagen, who violated overtaking rules and failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.79‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
