On Saturday, 14 December 2013, at night at around 23:00, in Kaunas, on T. Masiulio street, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a quad bike and an Audi A4 Avant. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of a quad bike, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was snowing, the road surface was snow-covered. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
