Hit-and-run, unlicensed BMW driver runs off the road on Žemaitės street, Šiauliai
On Monday, 23 December 2013, at night at 23:45, in Šiauliai, on Žemaitės street near No. 12, a BMW 325 registered in Great Britain ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober.
