On Wednesday, 15 January 2014, in the morning at 10:40, in Vilnius, on Baltupio street, at the junction with Mokyklos street, a Saab 9-5 hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the Saab (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober.
