On Tuesday, 11 February 2014, in the evening at 18:15, in Kaišiadorių district municipality, on the Kaišiadorys–Žasliai regional road (kilometre 2.90), a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved a BMW 525 and a Volkswagen Golf. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 32-year-old driver of the BMW, who entered the oncoming traffic lane.
