On Tuesday, 18 February 2014, in the evening at 18:15, in Vilnius, on M. Daukšos street, at the junction with Žiupronių street, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a Saab 9-5 and a Volkswagen Golf. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 54-year-old driver of the Saab (36 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
