On Friday, 21 February 2014, in the evening at 18:58, in Pasvalio district municipality, on J. Stapulionio street, at the junction with S. Nėries street, an Ovriga rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the Ovriga, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (3.26‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
