On Thursday, 27 February 2014, in the afternoon at 16:38, in Ukmergės district municipality, on Pašilės street near No. 37, a traffic accident occurred. The accident involved a Honda Civic and a Volkswagen NEW Beetle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 16-year-old driver of the Honda, who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
