On Thursday, 6 March 2014, in the afternoon at 13:30, in Ukmergės district municipality, on the Kiti keliai local road (kilometre 1), a Longjia Caper 50 rolled over. One person was injured — a 33-year-old passenger of the Longjia (treated as an outpatient, was not wearing a helmet). The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the Longjia, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. A 33-year-old passenger of the Longjia was drunk (2.83‰). According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
