On Monday, 10 March 2014, in the morning at 5:10, in Kaunas, on Lopšelio street near No. 8, an Audi A3 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. A 21-year-old passenger of the Audi was drunk. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
