On Saturday, 15 March 2014, in the afternoon at 11:09, in Pasvalio district municipality, on the Linkuva–Joniškėlis–Pumpėnai regional road (kilometre 30.83), a Lipecko TG (LTZ) T-40 rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 26-year-old driver of the Lipecko TG (LTZ) (9 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.48‰ blood alcohol). According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
