On Thursday, 20 March 2014, in the evening at 20:30, in Alytaus district municipality, on the Onuškis–Butrimonys–Punia regional road (kilometre 15), a DAF FT XF 105.460 rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 51-year-old driver of the DAF (32 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
