On Friday, 21 March 2014, in the evening at 17:43, in Rokiškio district municipality, on the Laibgaliai–Kriaunos–Juozapava regional road (kilometre 10.40), a Honda Civic rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 26-year-old driver of the Honda (8 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.80‰ blood alcohol). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
