On Saturday, 12 April 2014, in the morning at 8:56, in Vilnius, on Nemenčinės pl., at the junction with Turniškių street, a BMW 320I ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 35-year-old driver of the BMW (18 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.57‰ blood alcohol). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 80 km/h.
