Unlicensed Volkswagen driver hits a parked Volkswagen and flees in Cirkliškio village
On Friday, 18 April 2014, in the afternoon at 15:49, in Švenčionių district municipality, Cirkliškio village, on Aukštaičių street, a Volkswagen Passat hit an obstacle.
