No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 32-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to comply with road signs or markings and failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence. The driver was sober. A 31-year-old passenger of the BMW was drunk (1.97‰). At the time of the accident it was raining, the road surface was wet.
