On Tuesday, 3 June 2014, at night at around 4:00, in Pasvalio district municipality, on the Saločiai–Kubiliūnai regional road (kilometre 2.65), a Mazda 323 rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the Mazda, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was twilight, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
